Recently, Retop (Qingdao) Industrial Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. successfully completed the "CRRC Molding — Rail Transit Carbon Fiber Composite Structural Parts Production Base Project — Five-Axis Gantry Machining Center Project". The positioning accuracy reaches ≤0.025mm/m (full stroke), and the repeat positioning accuracy is ≤0.02mm/m. Combined with a 12-tool in-line automatic tool magazine and five-axis five-direction tool setter, it achieves high precision and efficiency in complex curved surface and multi-angle processing.
- Special Dust-Proof and Explosion-Proof Design for Composite Material Processing:Targeting the pain point of dust during carbon fiber processing, the equipment adopts a fully enclosed protection + top follow-up telescopic canopy design, paired with a tool-following negative pressure dust suction device and bed partitioned dust suction pipelines. It is also equipped with dust concentration monitoring and explosion-proof structures, eliminating dust overflow and potential safety hazards from the source.
