In response to the customer’s needs,Retop is designed to accommodate the processing of multiple material types including composite materials and non-ferrous metals: it must meet the processing requirements for large-sized workpieces while ensuring processing precision and efficiency to align with high-performance material production standards. Additionally, it needs to address dust pollution and safety hazards in composite material processing, as well as simplify operations, reduce O&M costs, and ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment.
Tailored design for the customer’s industry characteristics and specific needs:
- Meets large-sized processing requirements: Equipped with ultra-large travel ranges (X-axis: 5000mm / Y-axis: 3000mm / Z-axis: 2000mm / A-axis rotation range ≥ ±120° / C-axis rotation range ≥ ±320°), it can handle extra-large workpieces. With a worktable load capacity of ≥3t/㎡, it covers processing scenarios for large-sized composite materials and alloy components;
- Ensures high-precision processing quality: Equipped with an imported double-swing 5-axis head, it features a spindle speed of ≥24,000rpm, power of ≥20kW, and positioning accuracy of ≤0.025mm/m. Combined with a tool magazine and tool setter, it enables high-precision and high-efficiency processing of complex curved surfaces;
- Resolves composite material dust pain points: Adopts a fully enclosed protection + retractable canopy design, paired with a negative-pressure dust suction device and zoned dust suction pipelines. It monitors dust concentration in real time, avoiding dust leakage and safety risks at the source.
- Reduces O&M costs: Equipped with a CNC system (compatible with mainstream software integration) and a supporting mobile operation platform; the equipment features a built-in smart electricity meter for energy consumption monitoring, and provides rapid after-sales response to ensure long-term stable operation.
