  • Modular adaptive production: Assembled with 10 modules, the side walls are detachable (supporting expansion/modification); paired with mobile partitions, it enables zoned or overall operation to accommodate different workpieces;
  • High-efficiency dust removal compliance: Equipped with dedicated filter cartridges (≥99.99% filtration efficiency for 0.5μm dust) + automatic ash cleaning; both dust concentration and waste gas emissions meet national standards;
  • Aviation-grade safety protection: Core components feature explosion-proof and anti-static properties, paired with protective facilities; the overall noise level is ≤80dB(A);
  • Intelligent cost-reducing O&M: The PLC system provides real-time monitoring; paired with multi-station tools, personnel can operate independently after training.
