RTM Molding Process

▌ Process Principle

Place the dry fiber preform into the closed mold cavity, then use an injection pump to pressurize and inject resin into the mold. Under pressure, the resin penetrates the fibers and cures; after demolding, near-net-shape parts are obtained.

▌ Advantage

High product precision: The mold cavity determines the dimensions, and the surface is smooth (no secondary processing required).

Suitable for complex structures: It can integrate embedded parts and reinforcing ribs, reducing assembly processes.

Good environmental performance: Resin flows within the closed mold, resulting in low volatile substance content.
