Pultrusion Molding Process
▌ Process Principle
After continuous fiber bundles (or fabrics) are impregnated with resin, they are pulled by a puller through a heated forming mold. Inside the mold, resin curing and shape setting are completed, and linear profiles (such as rods, tubes, plates, and special-shaped profiles) are continuously extruded.
▌ Advantage
Extreme Efficiency: Continuous production with a speed of up to 1-5 m/min, suitable for mass production of long profiles;
Excellent Mechanical Properties: Fibers are continuously arranged along the length direction, resulting in extremely high axial strength;
Low Cost: High degree of automation, with a material utilization rate of >95%.
